Required: business license, tax ID (EIN/TIN), government-issued photo ID, and proof of residence. Optional but helpful: a recent bank statement and a short business plan.
Proof of residence and bank statements must be dated within the last 90 days. This is the single most common rejection reason.
Upload full-page scans or PDFs, not cropped photos. All four corners must be visible and text must be legible.
Names must match across documents. If your ID and license use different name formats, add a short note when uploading.
