All financing provided through Commercial Finance Partnership is subject to verification of documents and approval by our underwriting team. Interest rates and repayment terms are determined based on group profile, credit history, and market conditions.

5. Liability

Commercial Finance Partnership is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties or conditions of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
